I understand that fees are non-refundable unless classes are canceled by OSE COACHING INC. and, moreover, I waive my right to terminate this contract and the application of article 2125 of the Civil Code of Quebec. The parties agree that this agreement will be subject to the sole jurisdiction of the district of Laval. No credits or refunds will be issued for unused sessions and/or in the event of absences. I hereby authorize OSE COACHING INC. to deduct the amount(s) indicated above.
