The participant may cancel their registration by simple notice by email up to 24 hours before the event.
If a customer does not show up for the event, they will then be charged $95.00 + applicable taxes, per day, for the event.
This amount will be taken the next business day from the credit card on file.
The event participant who is not registered will be well received and OSE will accommodate them as much as possible AND will be billed $95.00 + applicable taxes, per day, for the event.
This amount will be taken the next business day from the credit card on file. The customer understands that section 37 confers irrevocable authorization to apply these fees.

I, as a real estate professional and businessman/woman, wish to register for the seminar on the date selected above in order to receive training intended to help me increase my business income. I understand that fees are non-refundable unless classes are canceled by OSE COACHING INC. and, moreover, I waive my right to terminate this contract and the application of article 2125 of the Civil Code of Quebec. The parties agree that this agreement will be subject to the sole jurisdiction of the district of Laval. No credits or refunds will be issued for unused sessions and/or in the event of absences. I hereby authorize OSE COACHING INC. to deduct the amount(s) indicated above.
Costs: FREE for Ones-on-ones in private coaching only, dinners included (hot and cold buffet)

We will discuss the factors affecting people's positive attitude and look at the psychological and physical aspects affecting you.
We will also teach you powerful and impactful objection response techniques. You will have the opportunity to confront Samir and Diane on stage by playing the role of the customer. In addition, AVPP and Expiré role-playing sessions by participants will be featured.
