The participant may cancel their registration by simple notice by email up to 24 hours before the event.

If a customer does not show up for the event, they will then be charged $95.00 + applicable taxes, per day, for the event.

This amount will be taken the next business day from the credit card on file.

The event participant who is not registered will be well received and OSE will accommodate them as much as possible AND will be billed $95.00 + applicable taxes, per day, for the event.

This amount will be taken the next business day from the credit card on file. The customer understands that section 37 confers irrevocable authorization to apply these fees.

By participating in the “BOOT CAMP 2023” seminar, I agree and authorize the following:

Transfer of rights
I consent to Ose Coaching Immobilier Inc. using any photographs, recordings
video, audio, quotes and any other comments seen and heard as part of the training, and
for professional and personal purposes. I authorize Ose Coaching Immobilier Inc. to use them in the creation and realization of all derivatives and future initiatives.

Copyright
All documents provided and lessons given during the training are intended
exclusively for participants only. Any professional and/or personal act of
reproduction, copying, sale, resale and/or donation is prohibited.
Photographs, audio and/or video recordings taken without written authorization from the
part of Ose Coaching Immobilier Inc. are strictly prohibited.

Participation
Any person exhibiting inappropriate behavior will be dismissed from the training without agreement or reimbursement.

Participant badges
Identification badges and bracelets will be provided to you. These badges and bracelets must be worn at all times during the show and are mandatory for admission.
These will be given to you on Monday, January 23 during registration. Ose Coaching Immobilier Inc. reserves the right to refuse and expel any participant who does not comply with the conditions set out above.

I, as a real estate professional and businessman/woman, wish to register for the seminar on the date selected above in order to receive training intended to help me increase my business income. I understand that fees are non-refundable unless classes are canceled by OSE COACHING INC. and, moreover, I waive my right to terminate this contract and the application of article 2125 of the Civil Code of Quebec. The parties agree that this agreement will be subject to the sole jurisdiction of the district of Laval. No credits or refunds will be issued for unused sessions and/or in the event of absences. I hereby authorize OSE COACHING INC. to deduct the amount(s) indicated above.
